PSL 11 will begin on March 26, 2026, and will be remembered in history as it will be the first season with eight franchises, as two new teams were added to the list. This issue will be even more exciting as the league intensifies its presence in Pakistan.
The news was announced following a PSL Governing Council meeting at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore which was chaired by PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi. Franchise representatives of all eight companies were present as well as PCB and league officials. The new owners of the franchise of Sialkot and Hyderabad were also invited to the council where the council welcomed them and congratulated them and the board on the successful team auctions.
