Refunds on PSL 11 tickets have become clear to the fans as the organizers assured them that the process will start formally on March 30. The ruling comes after adjustments were made to the match arrangements resulting in games being played in major venues without spectators.
Pakistan Cricket Board has made sure that the refund system is easy and automated. Fans who have already bought tickets online will not have to do any act. This will be refunded in the same manner in which it was paid upon booking which may be debit cards, credit cards and digital wallets.
The timeline provided in the official version of the process presupposes that the refund will be done in 15 working days. The actual time can however differ according to the banking channels and payment providers. This implies that some users would get their money faster and others might wait a bit.
The action follows a decision by the board to play matches in closed doors in such cities as Karachi and Lahore. The step also coincides with general national policies that are aimed at the conservation of resources. Although this has provided easy running of tournaments it has had a direct effect on the fans who intended on watching matches physically.
Potential issues have also been taken care of by organizers.
